I'm on a roll.....two entries in 1 month. Life is progressing along it's up and down track. Life with 5 extra people is getting more workable. We still need to tweek a few areas. Isaac, Mark and Nathan are just as cute as ever. They've taken a couple of trips with Molly and Lance. They've been to the Oregon coast, camping at Suttle Lake and a trip to Bend to help Corey celebrate her birthday. Still no bites for any employment for Lance...but we remain hopeful that something will become available soon. It's a tough job market out there. We've been working on getting our yearly canning done. So far with the help of Larry and Molly we have canned tomatoes, green beans, pears, crabapple jelly, strawberry jam and tuna. Not a bad start. Still a few more things that need to be canned. Hopefully the weather holds out for a few weeks for more tomatoes to ripen. News from Cariag and Megan is good. Megan has started her student teaching at Rigby Middle and High school. Craig passed his EMT-Basic class and passed his National test. They have enjoyed eating all the fresh vegetables from their garden. They are first time farmers and have done a great job of growing vegetables. Andrew and Danielle and Olivia are doing well. Andrew now has a job that is keeping him state side. He is still real busy though. Danielle is enjoying being a Mom and Andrew loves his little girl. Olivia is a sweet little angel and is the delight of all her family in California. We can't wait until we can get back down and visit with them. Amanda is doing a lot of child care to help with her finances and plans to go back to school in the fall. She is flying solo these days. Her and Mike have gone their separate ways. It's been a rough go but hopefully life for her will settle down so she can focus on school and getting her life back together.
Larry and I are doing ok. I'm working and he is holding down the fort both inside and out.
I'm hoping Molly will help me with some pictures so I can post some for Grandma and Grandpa Simmons.
